Why should you listen to me? ⬇️
For over a decade, I’ve stayed involved in fitness—hypertrophy, strength training, powerlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding—you name it. I know how to train effectively to reach personal goals, whether it’s improving appearance, health, or strength. But my story isn’t just about lifting weights.
A few years ago, I hit rock bottom. I was a full-blown addict, battling heroin, meth, and a deep desire to escape life. I burned every bridge, destroyed every relationship, and wished for death daily. After being arrested multiple times and serving time, I finally experienced a wake-up call. That was my turning point.
While incarcerated, I developed a vision of the man I wanted to be: a strong, successful father and husband with a life full of love and purpose. Today, I’ve built that life. I’m a husband, a father of two, a business owner, and someone who has completely transformed.

The Daily Non-Negotiables
1. Morning Reflection & Journaling
• Wake up early and take 20-30 minutes to reflect.
• Journal your regrets from the previous day. Be brutally honest. Regret is your guideline—it shows you what needs to change.
• Reminder: Your inner voice is your highest self. Listen to it—it’s the voice of truth and accountability.
2. Workout
• Perform your perfectly timed workouts as prescribed.
• These workouts are tailored to maximize your results and instill discipline.
3. Post-Workout Reflection
• Record your thoughts—whether in a journal or on video.
• Don’t force it, but if inspiration comes, capture it immediately.
4. Nutrition (Macros)
• You’ll receive personalized macros that align with your fitness goals.
• Your job: Hit your macros. No more, no less.

• We’ll connect every week to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your plan.

• Log your meals and workouts daily in the app so I can monitor your progress and provide feedback.
